Hands down, Beat Crusaders is among my top five favorite Japanese bands in any genre. There’s something international about their music. Even through the band’s only original member is the singer, the band has been in this form for a long time and their music has been cemented as some of the greatest music to emerge from Japan, in my opinion. And the masks they wear are not a gimmick. They only show their faces during live performances and anything shown on television has their trademark masks digitally inserted.
