Cai is on the same musical theme as Nujabes, Ino Hidefumi, and Nomak. The difference is that unlike Nujabes or Nomak, It’s a Beautiful World is strictly instrumental.

Taking hints of hip-hop and the use of layering over samples, this six track EP is a wonder for the ears. It is almost like an indie album translated to a DJ format.

All the tracks are laid back and carry little aggressiveness to them. Cai’s album is the perfect background music for almost any occasion.
