I feel that Oriental Lucy will divide listeners into two groups, the like and dislike. Midnight Hotel is a mixture of electronica and some really interesting indie elements. “왔었나요” is hands down my favorite track with the pulsing verse and the triplet chorus timing.

The six song EP has a lot to offer in the music, with “밤하늘의 배” sounding like an 80s tracks from the start. It’s like Midnight Hotel listened to a lot of the electronica-backed musicians around the world and just pulled the best of influences and created this EP.

Midnight Hotel is a can’t miss, it needs to be listened to and passed around as much as possible.
