Broccoli, You Too?’s Vol. 1 is a mixture of indie, rock, and some very strange songs. The mixture of tracks does make the album a little difficult to follow, but overall the album remains an interesting listen.
The music on Vol 1 is laid back and easy going, there isn’t a track that really could be considered aggressive in any way, and in some ways it makes the album too predictable. It flows from one light song to another, and is a little too repetitive.
I do think the album does have it’s merits, but overall it’s a little boring and could have used some more dynamic tempos.
I adore this band like crazy. I think their music is something to savor, you can’t really appreciate it amidst too much other music. You have to take your time with it. Like heli said, they grow on you. Show their music a little intimacy and you will be hooked forever.
I think my attention span and tastes change too quickly. I’ll have to give this a listen again in a month or so
Hello,
I’ve been in love with this band ever since their first single, No Request for Encore, came out. The first full-length did disappoint me in a few ways, but overall I find it still very charming. The album may sound too ordinary, but that, precisely, is the beauty of this band’s music! They write and sing for ordinary people like you and me and manage to find a way to relate to people without overembellishing themselves. I love how candid and relatable their lyrics are. Hope you could give it another try.
Hiii!! I would really like to know if maybe you have the name of all the songs of this album Translated in English!! I love this band! but is really very hard to find out the names of their songs, and i don´t know korean language u.u Thank you so much! ^^

I was thinking pretty much the same thing the first few times I listened to it, then out of nowhere the album just started growing on me until I appreciated it a lot. Although it may not seem like it, that is one addictive album.
