capsule has been one of those bands that produces very pop-friendly electronica that focuses on light melodies rather than pumping bass. Player is their newest album that continues the trend and create a landscape of music that is both fun to listen to and calming simultaneously.

Another interesting with the songs on Player is that they are not afraid to produce songs in different tempos rather than the straight 120 beat 4/4 type songs. “I wish you” is a good example by using off beats and a light jazz pop melody. The album does have a few club friendly songs, but overall the album focuses on variety than stagnant music.

capsule’s album is decidedly pop-friendly and listeners who enjoy electro-pop will like this album.
