Lite – Self-Titled Review

liteLite’s 2005 Self-Titled EP isn’t as technical as their other releases, but it contains all the elements of the band and foreshadows their talent in the later releases of the band.

The EP feels like a starter for the band rather than a full-realized release, though considering it’s an EP that should be noticed. But the Self-Titled is still an amazing listen for the combination of all the rhythms that the band uses along with cementing their talent for the math-rock genre.

While there is more substance on the later releases of the band, Lite’s Self-Titled EP is how the band grew to become the band they are now.
