Pop Disaster – Make a Promise Review

make a promiseAt the start of Pop Disaster’s Make a Promise, this Japanese pop punk band brings energy and fast tempos into the ears of the listener.

The album was an early find for me when it released in 2007, though I probably didn’t find it until 2008. Over eleven songs, Pop Disaster proves that Japan can play pop punk, and in some ways a lot better than their United States counterparts.

Any fan of upbeat, pop rock and punk should enjoy Pop Disaster because the album is just a fun listen. It’s straight-forward and doesn’t stop the tempo until the album is over.
