Welcome to the 1980s in 2010. The Wonder Girls have been promoting themselves in the United States for a while now and they finally released a new single in “2 Different Tears.” Bypassing the current trend of darker imaged pop songs that are popular right now in South Korea, the Wonder Girls have released a much more 80s single.

Though one note is that this EP is a release for the United States market more than the Korean with their previous singles re-recorded in English. But another thing to take note is that their English pronunciation is impressive. It’s almost unnoticeable that English isn’t their first language.

The EP is another stab at breaking the United States market and I think the songs are so different from the usual American pop and they could have more success because it’s not the standard Kpop that they’re promoting.
