Hot Potato – Seesaw Review

Seesaw

When listening through this album, it felt old. Meaning it has a different stylistic flow. Much more passive and melodic, Hot Potato’s Seesaw is a little boring for me. In many songs, it tries to be artistic, but falls a little short. I’m sure fans of the band have no problem with the style of music that is played, but it needs a little more energy.

Over the ten tracks, there isn’t anything that really stuck out when I was listening and for me, at least one song needs something special or energy to pull the album forward, which Seesaw doesn’t have.
