블러디 쿠키 (Bloody Cookie) – 무독화 Review

Bloody Cookie’s first release was a three song single and again I’m impressed with the abilities of the band that have been lost with their translation to Story Seller. The first song “Monster” is a mix between rock and post-rock favoring beats that show no signs of urgency, but portray a hidden possible explosion. Even though the single was released in 2005, it holds up well against currently released music.

Continuing through the rest of the songs, the different music arrangements showed that the group could have been a mainstay of Korean rock, but fell far when they became Story Seller. Even though Story Seller is a proficient band, Bloody Cookie had more talent.
