I’ve been on a Korean rap kick lately, listening to a lot of different artist and trying to get a feeling of where Korean rap has come from and how its evolved over the years. When I saw that t.’s Gemini was from 2002, I thought it was a great place to hear early 2000s rap.

I’m glad I started listening to it because it has a tone that I find really appealing and catchy. It is a bit more urban with harder beats favored over a lot of melodic elements. The performance of the lyrics is both in English and Korean, a mixture that I find works well with rap more than other genres.

t. is a great rapper and Gemini is a good addition to any rap enthusiast and a good place to listen to how Korean rap isn’t any weaker than any other country.
