AA= – #2 Review

AA= has always been a bit of a mystery to me. The mixture of electronica, rock, and industrial is strange in how well it mixes with each other. I would have though that each style wouldn’t mesh as well. Though I only think it works as well as it does with AA=.

#2 is more instrumental than the first album even though vocals are featured on some tracks. Another interesting thing is that the vocals still sound like they would fit better with a pop punk band than this music.

The mix of the music is also interesting because the vocals are behind all the music rather than being pushed to the front or at least mixed equally with the music.

I don’t know who the fans of AA= would be, but the album is always a fun listen, even though it’s a strange combination of sounds.
