Loveholic – Re-Wind Review

I have a soft spot for Loveholic. Even though they play a bit softer rock than what I normally listen to, it’s a fun diversion. Re-Wind is from 2006 and shows its age, but also shows something special with the indie/alternative rock that comes from each of the eleven songs.

It has the perfect mixture of full band indie rock and pop while always mixing a decisive bit of experimentation. Re-Wind is a classic album for Korean rock, really pushing some great songs on the album. I could almost say that the album is a perfect mix of eleven songs, moving the tempos of the songs and the album overall in the best way.

Re-Wind shouldn’t be missed for any listener of Korean rock or indie. It’s age shows a good place where bands started experimenting beyond genres.
