I’m always torn with 윤하, on one hand she is presented in the Kpop scene; but she is also an impressive presence on the stage partially because her strong voice.

She also has a lot more variety in the tracks that are presented, ranging from pop rock to ballads. Her voice seems to fit them all, but her overall image doesn’t seem like one for Kpop.

Someday is best described as a Kpop rock album. It has a lot of the same construction as a Kpop album, but uses a lot of rock elements in the songs.

There are some tracks that could be considered decent indie rock songs. It’s a long album at fifteen tracks, and there are some throwaways, but overall it’s more than Kpop which is impressive.

It would be interesting to see her experiment with a rock band rather than produced music.
