Hawaiian6 – Beginnings Review

Hawaiian6 were one of the best discoveries that I had with Japanese rock. The fast tempo rock is a style that I regularly enjoy coming back to and Beginnings is one of the best examples of the style.

The 2005 album contains eleven tracks that never stop moving from verse to verse at a great and skilled speed, crafting some of the best and catchy songs ever.

I think that Beginnings is Hawaiian6’s best album. Forward and simple, but immensely satisfying, it’s a style that has become lost in the United States.

The band never slows down, the rock infused with pop punk songs are great. The only thing that is sad for the album is that it ends sooner than I want it to.
