옥상달빛 (Dalmoon) – 28 Review

The duo of Dalmoon produce some great simplistic sounding indie. It sounds like the focus of the music is very much on melody and tone, creating a friendly and welcoming tempo.

28 is a bit of a step back from the experimental or tonal indie that has been around, making the album a nostalgic listen, even though it was released in 2011.

The songs differ between full band tracks to bare acoustic songs which are the ones that I prefer more. The talent of the duo is apparent and strong, some of the tracks fit the OST feel very well. It would be interesting to hear a different sound from Dalmoon, but as they are, it’s plenty.
