Pay Money to My Pain – Remember the Name Review

Pay Money to My Pain has been hiding and shuffling around my library for a while. Even when I plan on reviewing it, I forget it is there until another one of the songs comes back on.

Simply described, Remember the Name sounds like a domestic release to the United States. The band plays a rock style that uses a harder rock combined with choral-esque choruses.

Remember the Name works best because it sounds nostalgic. It’s funny because the album was a 2011 release.

There isn’t much to describe because many of the songs sound the same. There are some songs that are different like “Deprogrammer” which takes a small electronica+rock mix.

Pay Money to My Pain has a lot of talent playing the style they do, but the music itself is a little dated.
