After School (애프터 스쿨) – Blue Review

Blue is the second sub-group of After School’s newest single. While Red take a more urban, beat friendly style; Blue is straight standard sugar Kpop.

It’s a little disappointing because Blue contains some of the better singers for After School and they are subjected to a style that doesn’t really show their vocals.

The two songs aren’t bad, but they do show off the standard old stereotypical idea of manufactured pop. I wished there was more to the music, but it’s kind of boring compared to Red.

Showing the two sides of the group is smart marketing, but I don’t think they have found their best style quite yet.
