Beat Crusaders have been a part of tributes and cover albums, but in 2005 decided to release their own covers album.

I admit some of these songs, I wasn’t familair with, but songs like “I can see clearly now” and “Dancing Queen” are tracks that everyone should at least know the melody.

The twelve tracks show off the ease that the band had when pulling these songs into their own style. Not one of the songs doesn’t have the same energy that the band puts in their own music and they make the album more than just a covers album.

Musicrusaders is my favorite covers album by any artist. Their distinct sound adds another dimension to these classic songs.
