Lite – For all the Innocence Review

I lost track of Lite the past year or so, not hearing much about a new release. Though when I heard about For all the Innocence, I had to listen to it.

The album is a big change for me from their more instrumental-strong math rock. The album features more synth among the complex instrumentals which changes the sound a considerable amount.

Some of the changes make the album feel a little uneven. The band still carries the insanely well played instrumentals, but the addition of extra effects moved the band a bit more into experimental post-rock.

For all the Innocence shows a strange evolution for the band, but I kind of prefer the past.
