LeeSsang – Re-Enlightenment Review

LeeSsang’s second album is a step away from LeeSsang of Honey Family, adding in more beats and in some cases jazz samples.

It also contains one of my favorite songs “LeeSsang Blues.” It seems that each LeeSsang album contains one really major single and Re-Enlightenment is no different.

I would consider the album a transition album. It has the beginnings of the signature LeeSsang sound, but still has some of the style of the first album.

As the duo matured as artists, they only got better and LeeSsang’s Re-Enlightenment is a great example of that. They are classic Korean hip-hop artists and should be recognized for what they are bringing.
