I don’t know how Nell could know that their music would sound current back in 2002. Speechless is one of the best Korean rock albums released. It has tones of alternative and indie rock mixed across all the songs, even when they’re playing slower tempos.

For any fan of Korean rock, they should be a fan of Nell because their style and tone can be heard in many currently existing bands. Speechless is a classic album.

The complexity and dense nature of the album is incredible because of how the songs might sound simple, but are carefully arranged. The vocals meld with the instrumentals, even when they sound out of key.

Nell is Korean rock royalty and should never be forgotten.
