더 콰이엇 (The Quiett) – Music Review
The Quiett is another Korean hip-hop artist who I have only really heard through guest spots or mixtape albums.
Music released in 2005, so he has been around the genre for some time. The album really shows that he has matured from this first official release. His voice and abilities can really conform to the beat presented and make every song he delivers over interesting.
The album also features some guest artists like Palo Alto and Kebee, but the album overall is mainly his own.
His songs also have some of the biggest variety in the samples and that keeps things moving over the long album featuring fourteen main tracks and two hidden songs.
Korean hip-hop has come a long way in the past ten years and The Quiett is in the middle of that transition.
