Jelly Boy – Everyday Trouble Review

Jelly Boy’s Everyday Trouble is a decidedly different type of Korean indie or electronica.

There is a lot of different style with each song, from the instrumentals to the songs with vocals. The tone of Everyday Trouble is laid back and subdued, but each song is perfectly constructed.

Considering the work is done by one person, the amount of variety and skill with each of the songs is impressive. While I couldn’t say there was one standout favorite track, “안드로메다 소녀” is a great song because it carries an operatic tonal quality throughout the song.

It’s a great album from 2005 and could be considered a classic.
