Be Sweet – Lost of Spring Review

Be Sweet’s Lost of Spring is the standard presentation of female fronted Korean indie music.

The light instrumentals that surround the even lighter and melodic female vocals create a nice presentation of music. The moderate tempo follows an expected path in the music. Be Sweet aren’t doing anything different than bands before them with female vocals.

The problem with Lost of Spring is that it relies too much on the female vocals and not the instruments playing the melody. Last of Spring doesn’t contains a lot of variety in music and most of the songs have the same tone to them.

Over eleven songs there was one that featured male vocals with the same style, but overall the album is too light and standard indie rock. The album could have used a lot more variety.
