wakesidevision.com was started on August 30, 2009 after months of uncertainty in creating a new site that encompasses music from Korea and Japan highlighting Indie, Rock, Rap, Pop, Electronica, and other sub-genres. Along with music, other topics of interest are posted on the site as well.

There’s a lot of music that isn’t easy to find from these two countries and my goal is to introduce these bands to readers everywhere.
